exactly next to anjung hijau. The small car park there. now already fencing up. The price should be RM 800 psf.

I am not getting commission for this project. For my view is worth to invest if the price is around RM 700 psf. At least 600++ sqf if selling price RM 457800. The rental I think should able to reach RM 2500 if full furnish. Loan for RM 410000 for 30 years installment around RM 2100. So is still can cover.

Anjung hijau is old building, subsale also around RM 500 - RM 550 psf. Of course I will invest rm 150 psf more to get a new property. The beauty of skyluxe is no blocking in the future. There is one last thing I am still considering is the workmanship of skyluxe. Definitely I thing skyworld cannot be better the exsim, but at least got 80% quality of exsim I will still consider to buy it.

it remind me during year 2009 I mention anjung hijau cannot reach RM 300,000 but I am wrong.

Yes, before that I am interested of the smallest unit. Which mean 661 sqf and I think this size only less than 10 units in block B. However is in the middle level , I think 17th and 18th. The price is RM 850 psf after rebate, wow I did not think much and walk out of the showroom. even the 727 sqf also need about RM 810 psf.

IF I really interested the area , I will buy twin arkz. I think slowly twin arkz the price will increase to RM 1000 psf to 1050 psf.

just normal 10% rebate. I did not ask much like legal fees and how many car park. However still in a good location.
