today bkt jalil jam super bad (as with other areas but here was reli bad). Some ppl stuck in d car fr 30mins n move 1-2km only

just my view, although Z & KR is in Bukit Jalil, but the location that SKYLUXE having is much better than that (In term of value and the nearby building makes the different) even Treez location i personally think is not so good. it have to depends on the well doing pavillion 2 to boost the area.

Cannot be to turn 8x cos 2level undergrd. Turn 6x only as that is normal for most hiserise. The park sky also maximum turn 6x only.
For ur info I didn't buy this skyluxe but nearby.

Level 6 is normal these days, new benchmark is Saville Cheras at 11 level, and no direct access, need to turn 11 times !

type c has too many toilets.
skyluxe has too many balcony make the unit looks small.

i got one friend, she bought one unit, and her sister bought one also. same family but two different unit at the same location. they said they plan to move to bukit jalil from puchong. is this project really so good? what do u guys feel?
