You are saying in terms of nearby building making this SKYLUXE is better... How that can change for the location? From my opinion, location wise ZR & KR / KR2 have better advantages due to nearer to Kesas exit and LRT stations.

Stuck in traffic then Ho seh liao.. Can cancel all appointment and no need to go out. Lolz..

For this proj... I foresee come out from car park also may be difficult during peak hour in the future.
