To me any developmemt along the road, or one road over all are the same consider near the park. After you stay there then you will know what i am saying.
Location wise consider not bad. But if someone look for near tointergrated development pav2 mall then go buy park sky or park2 . Skyluxe to me totally not walkable to pav2. Same go try to walk through the park to the bridge area where ppl quote it very near...lol. see how u feel comfortable or not... lol
Skyluxe facade look okay lar. But to be frank i know this developer skyworld will cut cost hardly squeeze the materials maybe workmanship also abit worry. Try visit the show units, and look at the design , concept planning... or go check v any architect, engineer in construction field...
Good luck in ur purchase... i am not agents and dont have discrimanation to any developer.

Base oon what you can assume they will cut cost and deliver half pass 6 quality ? Any bad experience on this developer ?
From show unit, we cannot really see the quality. I would say, most of the projects are also have flaws and as long as not structural, design, project execution, then eventually, can deliver within the time frame and without lot of rework & rectification costs which is no win win to both parties.
First of all, those who purchased this project, can sound out their bad experience to developer and can have those issues be prevented. Do it right at the very first step.
I m believe Skyworld will take this Skyluxe for them to enter into another level of reputation beside doing the normal products.
Any bad reputation from Setapak or other running projects ?
