Understand there are 8 levels of car park at the moment, as no confirm design yet from developer as still relocation of car park not confirm yet. Means, those who has car park aloocated at 8th floor, will got to climb 7 floors to reach everyday. If the ramp is narrow, then it ll be everyday trouble.
Why the design so bad ? It shd hv some levels below ground to split these problem.

Found that the D1 type is having 3 car parks, 1 + 2 in tandem, with also a storage locker. The tower A D1 will probably have 3 good view, golf + park + pavillion2 if with appropriate balcony.
But I have found Waltz has mostly no good view, blocking by so many high rise surrounding. Access road not that ideal, those from old klang road will take long q to u turn back home during peak.

Agreed. Better study yourself at site and find out more from developer (not only the sa), then decide yourself as this is your investment or your own stay which you will face it everyday by yourself.
Those info here are just some additional info for viewer further consideration.

Is there any finalisation of car park allocation info ? What will be the ramp design, such as the dimension, the luxury wide design or the squeezing cheap narrow design ? As this become 1 of my purchase consideration factor, as we will use it few times a day.

Any info on the Ramp width ? Very key delivery quality point too, good developer will have more generous to give more width than standard. Especially this selling price and classified as luxury, I will expect more, else will be every day challenge to get the corner turn.
But, if the no of carpark and space constraint, that will squeece from these generous space.

The keypoint is the ramp width design, 4m (standard) or 6m one (luxury).
This reflect how well the developer delivery in terms as a luxury product.
These are normally first time purchaser or investor do not border, as myself a daily user, will definately asking for the wider type to reduce daily hazzle since the developer design with such 8 levels of car park start from ground level instead of with basement.

Financial strong
Reputable architect
Good location
Reputable construction contractor

Just to make some info right and share.
The show unit will be open to public from tomorrow. Type D1 & B.
The amazing is, type D1 now come with 4 car park & a storage. 2 tandem + 2 side by side. But it will not be together same floor.
D1 is left not many as it is the premier type among base on both view, park & golf for tower A.
I can say, nowaday, hard to find such product in city. Near to 2 malls and yet next or within natural green park.

About 1200 sqft. It will be different base on level due to the design of balcony.

My personal feeling of this project. Not sure it is correct. For all the sifu out there, please comment me.
This property at this location no argue a really rare in town now.
For eg: those who wanted landed before due to his/her parents need some land for their own farming. Those who like nature rather than bricks around. Those who like jogging everyday. Those who like to go shopping mall often. Those who like to tracevl to city by LRT. Those who like to live nearer to CBD but do not want to the premium.
All these above are fulfilled in this project.
What are the bonus, the view surrounding the units are great too as it will not be any blocking at the moment.
I am still struggling to get my loan done hopefully. It may not success. That's the bad part of today situation.
I have selected the good unit. Not too high, not too low. At the floor of less units.
Very sayang if not able to secure this project. I have even asked the management to extend for me to get my more trial.

Location wise consider not bad. But if someone look for near tointergrated development pav2 mall then go buy park sky or park2 . Skyluxe facade look okay lar. But to be frank i know this developer skyworld will cut cost hardly squeeze the materials maybe workmanship also abit worry. Try visit the show units, and look at the design , concept planning... or go check v any architect, engineer in construction field...

Good luck in ur purchase... i am not agents and dont have discrimanation to any developer.

Base oon what you can assume they will cut cost and deliver half pass 6 quality ? Any bad experience on this developer ?
From show unit, we cannot really see the quality. I would say, most of the projects are also have flaws and as long as not structural, design, project execution, then eventually, can deliver within the time frame and without lot of rework & rectification costs which is no win win to both parties.
First of all, those who purchased this project, can sound out their bad experience to developer and can have those issues be prevented. Do it right at the very first step.
I m believe Skyworld will take this Skyluxe for them to enter into another level of reputation beside doing the normal products.
Any bad reputation from Setapak or other running projects ?
