No direct ramp as this will require too much setback area for the elevation upwards.

Mostly is internal ramp that you see in majority of condos.

Not the loop turning kind which are mainly for commercial complexes.

The respond for this is quite good, almost all booked already, can't even choose anymore and that's without show units.

Jalsrix, I have the benefit of having some construction knowledge and let me explain to you in the simple form.

it is common practice of all building construction work to dig 1 to 2 floor at the site to plant the piling structure.

The purpose of this is to build the foundation to stabilize and hold the building structure. Besides it also maintain leveling so it will be no sinking problem.

May I know how true that there is 2 level of basement carpark ?
*
If you go there, you can see the tractors digging under ground nowadays.

Somebody else has already explained that it might not be for basement parking.

That means you have to turn 8 floors to go out and in everyday,

Anymore idea on the track record of the developer? I think probable reason that people is holding back could be lack of info on developer, on the product delivery part. Anyone maybe can comment on the developer?

Don't waste your time and money buying this pigeon hole. There's nothing good about this project other than hype. I doubt the sales figure are actually real.

1. Too many floors for car park. You waste petrol and time everyday.
2. Too high density on a small piece of land, if your upstairs or downstairs neighbours do renovation, you can hear it.
3. Too many floors and dangerous when there's an earthquake
4. Expensive electricity, water, maintenance fees because the land has been turned to commercial(serviced apartment)
5. The view of some units are actually blocked by Anjung Hijau and there's no 'city view' in these units as advertised.
6. Developer is not well known.
7. It's not within walking distance of Pavilion 2.

Go and buy Pavilion 2 service apartments if you are rich. It's a better investment there.

The price is reasonable compared to others competing. Which one is cheaper than this?

Regular jogger of the park

Personal thought:-
1) Location not bad, big green park (but u never know when DBKL going to slice out the park for other development and the park is not a reserved land)
- Easy access to LRT station, school (Lai Meng), Shops
- Congest bit (but which place in KL no congest one?)

2) Parking - if everyday need to make so many round to home.....tao hin ar...

3) D1 type seems have good view

Btw, what do you mean by parking round?

Can anyone share with me the parking circling loop round that some claimed?

How come the layout for type D and D1 is different from the ones in their brochure?
The second toilet layout is totally different.
Is the layout you share not the latest one?
