AK is risky. They hold too many projects and all under con. Its Buyers should double cross its fingers biggrin.gif

Maybe, since they didn't have any completed project at the moment.
however, with their fully sold status, bank will very happy to grant them loan for the project.
(then workmanship is unknown confused.gif )

But, with their price destroyer record previously, those 7XXpsf price can prepare to cry liao..
(not to mention those 8XX-9XXpsf - lagi teruk)

Singapore conquas not really up to standard. Dont over confident with this kind of green mark , conquas, buildalibity scores , etc.

If you are in the field , you will know that. LOL

credibility scores of developers more reliable for your consideration

Hehe maybe you're still new in the industry. There are a handful developer or project with SOLD OUT status yet they are unable to deliver smile.gif

The size of the foyer is different for D1. The one you share is wider than the one in the brochure.
Also, the position of toilet bowl is different in the second toilet.

Huh.. sold out but still unable to deliver in now day?
Maybe can you share how to do this when 90% payment are force bank in to HDA account by government??

Haha... they can find way to avoid the checking part and trying to get higher score..
but still not too many above 80 point project (not show unit only) in malaysia.

I ask this question due to i saw someone post 80 point conquas cert for other project to be sample...

Don't compare MEH developer (their products majority almost sold out) becoz there are many circumstances and their background why they are so. In fact they are so powerful that local authorities are not updated of whats happening. In fact, many of my friend buyers did not read their SPAs when purchasing.

For me personally, will try to avoid them.

Is there any finalisation of car park allocation info ? What will be the ramp design, such as the dimension, the luxury wide design or the squeezing cheap narrow design ? As this become 1 of my purchase consideration factor, as we will use it few times a day.

Any info on the Ramp width ? Very key delivery quality point too, good developer will have more generous to give more width than standard. Especially this selling price and classified as luxury, I will expect more, else will be every day challenge to get the corner turn.
But, if the no of carpark and space constraint, that will squeece from these generous space.

the car park ramp design is very commonly used especially at singapore HDB,
also very much depend on the living crowd and driving culture
