Which condo are you referring to? This project, the YTL Sentul East condos or Anjung Villa and Rafflesia Condo below the PPR and this project?

The only part that is officially on sale now is SkyMeridien and I understand only large units, loan rejects units and undesirable small units (number, location etc) are still available.

From my understanding, the PPR flats right behind are not the one that SkyWorld is targetting as the next development but one that is nearer to the UTC. However, the grand plan is to ultimately redevelop the whole of BBS into SkyCity but with all the political flip flop, current economy and other factors like paying off ppr owners etc, I believe SW is taking a 'wait and see' approach. I expect this area to see continued but slow changes as for the next 10-15 years due to its desirable location and still affordable asking prices when compared to other KL city area (within 5 KM OF KLCC locations) projects.

But I do not expect it to be rapid. It is frankly suicidal for a developer to do so at this point.

Anyone have info on the latest promo packages for the HOC? I saw their latest add 10% and up to 99K Cash total savings?

Anyone managed to get the 10% discount? My friend said he called and checked but was only offered 8% and the sales person claim that the 10% has been already included in the initial mentioned price.

I just went to their showroom again last week as my friend was interested.

Tower A only left with very limited number of bigger units
Tower B very limited Type B left, and some C, D and E

You can go walk in to their showroom actually. My sales Agent was Shirley. I liked her cuz she wasn't pushy. Wasn't the kind to keep pestering you to sign booking etc which I greatly appreciate. And very honest with setting expectations. Won't oversell the project.

Developer staff usually less pushy than third party agency because they get fixed salary. Skyworld tends to market most of their developments (premium and Rumah Wilayah) themselves. But occasionally I have seen agency promote their Rumah Wilayah. Premium homes so far I only see their own staff even in those shopping mall booths and roadshows.

Thanks for the update btw, I heard the same news. Another interesting upddate is MY SA told me hardly any loan reject for this development unlike Bennington/Ascenda. For me these little details all matter for own stay. Means less dodgy people. Although yes, money is not a good indicator of good or bad owners. But still, it's a good statistic to have.

I notice their marketing materials all updated. I'm kinda into brochure design and marketing blurbs because I'm also in marketing, might stop by just to get a set of the new ones. I like keeping this sort of stuff as memory. All my properties i have multiple brochures and blurbs. biggrin.gif

Lol. But there are a lot of properties near LRTs/MRTs as well. What makes you that keen on SM?

It took me close to a year of looking at other properties before deciding on this tho

Hahahaha... But true la. It's been at Level 8 for some time. But then again, it's the facilities floor, so the longest time.will be spent here. Once this is done and the residential floors start, it'll start picking up speed.

Although I'm secretly hoping it get delayed a bit to get some compensation. Hahahhaa.
