Anyone can recommend me any mass gainer / supplement that can order online? I can't find it around here. Need to go find it at other big pharmacy in middle of KL. Due to transport and work, I doesn't have much time to go there.

Like they said, regular diet plan + consistency.
Take good unprocessed food. Avoid sodas and fast food. And remember to lift. Or else you'll be gaining at your belly instead of muscles. I'm 179cm , used to be 55kg, Now i'm 80kg. So nothing is impossible. Work hard bro. Try to search you tube for more bulking recipes and create your own diet plan. Thats the best way you can do. Remember settle your main meals first, mass gainer is a supplement. Read Nutrition facts of mass gainer too. |

Solid food intake is important for skinny guy to gain their mass. Try to achieve 6 meals per day plan with proper diet. Workout hard and sleep 8 hours a day or more.
