ME...

been eating a lot and a lot, still not gaining any weight.. i mean like from 55 to 56kg after taking so much mass gainer and whey? c'mon.. im sad... sad.gif sad.gif

any SUPER suggestion? muscle guy? sad.gif cry.gif

god man...... i've consumed tons of mass gainer (its disgusting) and still the same hahah.. but i did go to the gym and gain quite nice muscle.. but not my weight.. sad.gif

Listen to me. Eat 6 times a day. Thats it. 3 real meals, 3 snack. Dont believe it? Try for one month. Just F do it. This is the way. Dont tell me its imposible unless you try this..

same here... im 170 weight 45, mass gainer ON, around 1 month, gym a little, now around 49 if not wrong... look a bit thick maybe.... chest hand at least... train my butt now.... xD

For those claiming they are skinny, try calculate your TDEE and eat at 10-20% surplus.

Try to track CORRECTLY your calorie intake for 1 week. You will realise your many many many food isn't even half of my portion. Try to include peanut butter and milk into your meal if you can take it.

@Izz96, meal frequency doesn't affect your weight at all. The only reason it work for you might be due to your appetite. You can't consume much food at once, so you try to break it into smaller meal.

Yeah @kshen buddy, i usually skip my breakfast but im trying to eat twice during afternoon.. Rice? Rice and rice.. Snacks are waffle (peanut butter).. Egg sandwiches.. Even supper.. Burger ayam special with cheese.. Still the same.. Even my stomach aint got bigger.. Hahah.. sad.gif

Lol how long have u been doing this ? Perhaps give us the exact amount u eat , like maybe one cup of rice , 200g of chicken ,etc..

how long ar..? hmm.gif cant really tell how long i've been doing that.. aww..
rice? a bowl of regular size rice.. sometimes add another small rice if i have to skip my breakfast..
for da supper sometimes 1 ayam and 1 beef special haha....

that's the meal plan i've been practicing since the day i stop taking mass gainer.. cause not effective.. i've tried serious mass 2 packs, dymatize supermass 2 packs and 1 last pack was true mass and its really disgusting haha...

instead of mass gainer, go buy pediasure, drink 10-12oz each serving, prepare according to instruction, drink 3-4 times a day on top of your usual regular meals......... try one month and report back......

Use myfitnesspal track all the food you took. And come back tell us how much is that total calorie. Be honest in tracking all the food. Don't eat 1 drumstick and record you ate whole chicken. Be consistent also. Don't eat 3000kcal a day and eat 1500 kcal another day and claiming you cant gain weight.

Diet is all about consistency. If you need to consume 2500kcal a day, then eat 2500 kcal everyday.

And trust me, don't go for any "secret remedies" or whatever supplement until you are clear about basic nutrition knowledge. Learn what is BMR, TDEE, surplus, deficit, macros. Then use ONLY whole food to reach your target calorie. If you have problem in hitting several macros like protein, then only you try to consider take some protein supplement. (This is ONLY after you learned and tried all the basic knowledge)

Ditch those mass gainer. Eat real food kao kao. List down what you eat and we can comment. My cat might eat more than you. There is no way one cannot gain weight if he/ she is eating enough.
