getting enough sleep and constant sleeping time is the main factor of gaining weight (try google around)

let me share my experience, i'm 179cm tall, 56kg when dec 2013 (been stuck at that figure for few years)
today i'm 64kg (still skinny and 1kg underweight)without taking any protein supplement. i just make sure i get 8 hours of sleep everyday, 15 mins or 1 hour of nap whenever i can. my sleeping time is constant everyday from 12am/1am - 8am/9am. drink plenty of water during the day time, and i eat whatever i want. 4 meals a day is a must to me so that i can gain weight, i failed to take 5 meals per day because i will have hard time falling sleep during the nite may b because i'm too full.

the key here is to be CONSTANT, never wait till u r hungry, its too late cause ur body is burning the remaining little calories in ur body. try not to sleep with empty stomach and of course no fatty or oily food to avoid becoming a fat ass.

skinny people usually have high metabolism. we burn fat faster than any other ppl, u'll feel exhausted faster than ur fren, and myself 1 meal (rice) can only last for 4 hours ...5 hours is the MAX, if i were to eat anything that doesn come with rice , most of the time i can only last for 3 hours and i'll b hungry again.

i've been hitting the gym since feb 2014 gym with my fren, and i'm the only guy that is lifting 30-40kg but all of my fren are lifting 100kg shakehead.gif coz i nv took any protein or mass gainers (whatever u guys call them, i have 0% knowledge)

and my frens oways laugh at me coz they say i'm like the kancil 660cc, small, underpower, and high fuel consumption (coz i eat the same amount as them) doh.gif

Cozz most of the time v have our meal all the time, ermmm....not a lot coz my friends aren those massive body builder. Lol.

Yeap, without supplement it takes time but at least I'm living the healthy lifestyle.not great but good enough I guess, at least I know my immunity is better than before.

Do note that one meal won't be sufficient to conclude ur total caloric intake . By the end of the day , the amount of calories consumed is what matters . I've seen/heard people who claim that they're "eating alot", but when i see their meals , they're only eating 1/3 of what they should be eating lol.

yeap, agree with u(i know your point, my frens did explain to me). i'm not on any diet plan, i go to gym with them just to work out and sweat. its better than nothing, its been 6 months, the result aren't that great but u can tell the difference judging from my skinny photo half year ago tongue.gif .

You should not post such misinformation. It doesn't work that way.

he mightnot gain any weight or grow any fat meat, but i can assure that he sure has high cholesterol like most of the skinny guy does.
