Hilarious Armesh! I couldn't help laughing when I saw "Malaysian's and weight gainers. Mass bro mass!"

So true! Weight gainer seems to be the popular choice for beginners instead of whole food. They should be getting their calories from complex carbs, lean protein and quality fats first. I read one dumbass wrote he was taking Hydroxycut & Serious Mass to burn fat and gain muscle same time! Incredible!

Young punks today expect to be spoon-fed all the way. They don't want to read, don't want to gain knowledge. And they don't squat! When tell them to read and learn more, they whine about so much information to digest.. headache, pening bla bla bla. Champions at making excuses. When tell them to buy previous issues (cheaper) of Ironman, Muscle & Fitness etc as every issue will have something new to learn but they don't want to spend money, but willing to buy a sack of sugar-laden Serious Mass! Do they even read the nutrition label? It's mostly sugar!

The Internet already have an abundant of free resources. Some of my favourites are exrx.net abcbodybuilding.com nutritiondata.com

Seriously, you lazy asses need to READ! Print out material from the net and read! Buy magazines and books. Read on the bus, read in bed, read when on the toilet! Bodybuilding & nutrition are huge huge subjects, there is just so much to learn. And its fun when you learn new things and apply them in the gym and your food intake and see the rewarding results!

A discussion assumes both parties have something to contribute to the topic. Directly asking for answers is not a discussion. There is a plethora of very good information and resources available.

I'm not having a go at you, but I am advising you to do your own research.

i'm strongly agree, there's alot of information out there, just simply google it, will have alots of different answer come out, filter it by yourself, and see which is the best answer, i also kinda hate people just wait for it, not doing it

There's no doubt about that. However, that's the purpose of the pinned threads. The people who've posted them have neatly condensed useful information into single threads. They're meant to be a starting point for anyone new to the subject. Go to nearly any forum/message board and the first point of reference for information will almost always be pinned threads.

Ok i am planning to write a quick 1 stop guide for any newbie which comes to this sub forum. It will cover how to eat(TDEE, Macros), how to train(links to best begginer programs), and explain basic supplements (whey, creatine).

So it will be systematic step by step guide. Any noob will be pro in 30 minutes.

Any mod will sticky it? I am ready to write it to solve this issue permanently for good.

seriously, for newbie to easier absorb info, nothing beats Q&A. d pinned r towards hard facts, alot newbie jus need minimal info to start up i.e. wanna noe how n why n more info from experienced bodybuilders n strength trainers.

if this continue, this community cant grow.

A discussion can start when a newbie have made their research and have questions regarding them. If a person come to you and ask "Why I can't grow bigger?", all the possible questions from a newbie were already answered in the pinned thread. Try to reply these kind of questions everyday and see whether you'll change your opinion on this or not.

This is a very good question by a forumer that we can discussed atm. I don't mind spending time answering this kind of question.

follow strength-oriented routine, like Rippetoe's Starting Strength or StrongLift 5X5. Forget about body split. Once you lift compound and lift heavy, your appetite will increase tremendously, and you will be eating like a cow.

But make sure you get enough rest, 7 hours of quality sleep is a must.

Well, I went to LYN Finance and Property subforum there. First thing I saw were a lot of pinned thread. Everything from funds 101, AKPK, ASB stuff until IBG. Same goes to LYN Fitness and Bodybuilding, we have double the amount of pinned thread compared to Finance subforum. Everything from losing weight, gaining weight, mythbusters, 6 packs, long compilations of exercises programs, tips and tricks for mass gaining, and articles from Iron Addict about Why Aren't You Growing. Problem is that the last guy come here and opened a thread saying that he can't gain weight but he ate a lot.

Come on man. How many pinned thread are needed to explain about reasons why you/them failed to gain weight and what you need to do to change that? They just won't bother to read.
