Yes, i've ditched those mass gainers and substitute them with protein whey etc.. more effective.

Eat more but healthier, and constant workout. If i can, so can u.

I'm 175cm = 5'10" tall.

Jan 2014 = 50 kg (pants size 30)
June 2014 = 60~65 kg (pants 32) tongue.gif nih gainer punya psal ler..

I just take normal food like mixed rice, chicken rice, spaghetti, grilled chicken chop, sweet potato, mash potato, white egg mixed with whole grain bread and take whey protein mixed with oats for post workout. I gain from 60kg to 72kg in a month smile.gif

Better slow down your weight gain. 1-2kg per month seems more ideal for me. 12kg in a month, I would say you gain mostly fat and water weight. Food choice is ok as long as you calculate your macro.

I don't believe you cannot gain weight with 4000-5000 calories a day.

i used to be a skinny guy last year
height is 181cm

initial weight is ~63-64kg when i started bulking up.

6 meals per day
i drink mass gainer ONLY if im busy with my work and not enough time to eat proper food
hit the gym 4-5 days a week.
today im standing at 78kg, the heaviest i have ever been in my whole life.
trust me, you can do it. with proper diet and training. smile.gif

now im worried coz puasa is coming. last year i lose 4kg after puasa month sweat.gif
