Yes, i've ditched those mass gainers and substitute them with protein whey etc.. more effective.

I just take normal food like mixed rice, chicken rice, spaghetti, grilled chicken chop, sweet potato, mash potato, white egg mixed with whole grain bread and take whey protein mixed with oats for post workout. I gain from 60kg to 72kg in a month

Food choice is ok as long as you calculate your macro. |

i used to be a skinny guy last year
height is 181cm initial weight is ~63-64kg when i started bulking up. 6 meals per day i drink mass gainer ONLY if im busy with my work and not enough time to eat proper food hit the gym 4-5 days a week. today im standing at 78kg, the heaviest i have ever been in my whole life. trust me, you can do it. with proper diet and training. now im worried coz puasa is coming. last year i lose 4kg after puasa month |
