Have been using Getflix for streaming Netflix/Hulu/NBC Sports on Time with no problems since the "crackdown" on VPN/DNS by Netflix. There's a free 14 day trial so u can check it out first https://www.getflix.com.au/ to make sure it works for you.

There's also a great deal on lifetime subscription (30) years that is not found on their website. If you sign up for their newletter here, you can also get a 10% discount for the first purchase. Enjoy!! https://deals.nerdapproved.com/sales/getfli...ion?rid=2799567

Hi,

I think the modem needs to be upgraded as I got a call from a Time installer saying they are coming to change the modem to support the new speed.

But when i checked with the CS, they said they are not doing modem upgrade.

Anyone here from Time who can confirm the modem upgrade?

Btw I am also getting <60 Mbps on a 100 Mbps line. sad.gif

Ive been using Time for 2yrs+ so far so good.
downtime minimum. there is once downtime for around 3hr during midnight. the rest only very minimum.
speed for download as what you should receive. and no download throttle.
Torrent download not so sure because now seldom download torrent.

Games i normally play CS:GO and i will receive ping 5ms most of the time which is very good. once in a while will get 7-12 depending connection to the singapore server.

All i can say im happy all this while using TIME.

Ya..feel like crying..can't watch my favourite site at all  sad.gif

Edit: the problem can be solved if you use a VPN but it not worth it to subscribe to one just for twitch. BTW Does anyone know any VPN that can bypass Netflix recently? Thanks.

Same here, I've been using Getflix for a few months now and it works great. I bought the lifetime subscription for USD39.

You can also use the Getflix mobile app to change the region of Netflix as you please. Easier than going to their website.

The other thing that I like is, when at home, I've configured their DNS to my router (which was quite straightforward), but when I'm at other places that has wifi, let's say my parent's house or at a coffeeshop, I can configure their DNS to my phone's wifi connection so that I can still access the streaming services smile.gif

In February I signed up for Streamyx 4mbps because I had no other broadband options. A month later Time Fibre announced that they're available in my condo. bangwall.gif
I'm wondering if any one of you had Time help you waive the penalty for cancelling Streamyx so that you can sign up with Time Fibre.
I went to TMpoint yesterday and they told me that if I want to cancel my Streamyx subscription (during contract) it will be RM600+ (Streamyx subcription is RM350, landline is RM200+) sad.gif

Btw, I'm staying in Jade, Straits Court Condominium, Jalan Ujong Pasir, 75050 Melaka
