hi, new time fiber subscriber here..
can i use my old dlink modem router DSL-2750E to replace the stock wifi router? how to apply for ebilling instead to cancel the paper billing and auto debit?

today time fibre speed slow and latency high in my area, lebuh sungai pinang jelutong penang island, try restart the modem router but the problem still same
is it bcox of the stock modem router caused the problem?
