Heard Time is using new modem. Is it true?

I know bout the router. I mean the device where the fiber optic connect to. (Modem?)?

Thanks guys for englighten me with correct term.Frends of mine complaining that out of sudden there is no internet connection although the wifi still connected. They blame the GPON unit. Tot Time provides new device to resolve the issue.

P/s: new to Time.installation on next week.

Is it good to put the optical fiber into the same casing as electric wire?

Any good router to recommend for TIME?
