Thanks for your feedback. We had already inform the management about the concern.

Due to DNS issue, please follow the link below to change to Google DNS server temporarily.

Hi Guys,

Time Technical Team has been notified since early this week when such peculiar behaviour occurred.
At this moment, if you require any technical assistance in your equipment configuration, feel free to channel to me & my network team at support@timefibre.com

DNS issue is gradually being resolved...for DNS settings it takes time to propagate, rest assured full recovery is on its way.
You may continue to stick with Google/OpenDNS DNS eventhough after this issue is resolved.
It will work just fine.

* For your convenience, please put in Google/OpenDNS DNS into your Equipment (e.g. Router) rather than setting it in each individual wireless clients.

Thanks.

Hi Bro,

1) Yes, you can configure your Linksys X3000 Router to work with Time. Just connect to the WAN Port.

2) Go to http://selfcare.time.net.my --> Login with provided Username & Password (Your Time Account) --> Click on Boost manager --> Choose 1/2/8 Hours to Boost --> Click Boost.

Feel free to buzz me if you require further help.

Thanks.

I knew it was Time problem. It's been happening for a couple of weeks. It is slightly better now. Definitely a misconfigured DNS problem. And they kept blaming me and saying it was my SSID channel problem. Clearly not. Youtube's been buffering and sites (even Gmail) does not load. And speedtests were terrible but they kept pushing the blame on customers. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They even suggested I buy new hardware. Bad bad bad.

I put in Google DNS into my computer but can I do that for the router?

Hi Bro,

Feel free to send me an email, I'll guide you with steps to set it up.

Your Time Account Username & Password should be written on the Work Completion Sheet they passed to you after Time Installer finished installing.
No worries, if you cannot find it, you still able to retrieve it via Time CS.

Thanks.

I saw some TIME contractors laying down fibre cables across the road right in front of my house. Is this an indication that my area/street is going to get the TIME fibre service or are they just passing through?
