Hey dudes, just asking;
Living in a landed house in Penang, does TIME provide wired fibre to houses, or does it only apply for high-rise buildings? |

At this moment, Time Fibre (FTTx) only covers multi-dwelling units, particularly flats, apartments, condo etc. Landed houses generally are not covered yet. Feel free to Buzz me if you required further details & solutions. Thanks. |

We're having massive problems with our TIME connection.
We only just signed up 3 months ago, and since then, we have probably had to reboot our router 500 times. Either the connection simply drops, or the ping gets so high that you can't even surf. We have a 30/30 connection. I find it absurd that we get a 5 year old router, to handle the traffic of 2015. We literally have to reset the router 5-6 times a day, and then we probably get 1-2 hours before it has to happen again. We called customer service, and they didn't seem to give a shit. |

I am staying in Gold Coast Resort Penang and interested in subscribing to Time Fiber 100Mbps. However, with Astro iptv packages, I see only 10/20/30 Mbps packages. Can I add on Astro iptv with the Time 100Mbps subscription?

Instead, I highly recommend you subscribe to Netflix and/or Hulu Plus. Those are much, MUCH better than what Astro can ever offer. It would be a waste for you to enter into a 2-year contract with Astro (where if you were to cancel, you'll be penalised), when you can easily go for Netflix with no contract at all, and with much more choice of on-demand movies and TV shows content, to boot!PM me if you would like further details, and I can help you out. But first things first, make sure Time Fibre is available or not at your location. If not available, don't worry, Maxis Fibre or Unifi also works great with Netflix. |

Hi Bro,I'm sorry if you wish to go for Astro IPTV, you gotta follow the Astro Internet packages. Although technically it's possible to do so, but that's all up to Astro's decision. Bro Blankerroo's suggestion has some points too...anyhow it's up to you to decide. Something to take note is 100Mbps package has a 100GB quota, once this quota is met, the speed will be throttled down to 10Mbps. If you require further more info, just Buzz me. Thanks.
