last night was having this problem but was resolved in a while but just now around 9.27pm having this problem again, but strangely my android phone connected with the wifi is not having any problem

Same here, changed to Google DNS and we're back in business for tonight.

Too many service interruptions lately. Changed to google DNS but certain website are still inaccessible.

Not likely. Usually this issue is due to scheduled ddos attack.
I believe Time Network engineers are capable of dealing with it.

No worries, when there is a chance, our network team will be meeting them to provide any means of assistance if needed.
