link file can direct dl from xunlei software, but torrent file cannot.

Two solution here to solve xunlei problem.
1. 离线page dl the torrent file, but when i dl game i will feel "dulan" because 20++ file need to dl from one torrent.
2. Use VPN

We have escalated this issue to Xunlei to check on the IP range blocked, however no replies from them. We cannot expect them to reply us as they have no requirement for feedback on us. Thus, there is no deadline to solve this issue.
