I knew it was Time problem. It's been happening for a couple of weeks. It is slightly better now. Definitely a misconfigured DNS problem. And they kept blaming me and saying it was my SSID channel problem. Clearly not. Youtube's been buffering and sites (even Gmail) does not load. And speedtests were terrible but they kept pushing the blame on customers. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They even suggested I buy new hardware. Bad bad bad.

I put in Google DNS into my computer but can I do that for the router?

Not working
Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

Some sites are inaccessible. AWS, for example. What's up?

Is the Time DNS IP same as Astro IPTV(Time)? Do we know what it is? May I have it? Currently, I have set it to automatically retrieve DNS but somehow, my router got hijacked and it displayed another DNS and I got ads displayed on my devices.

Hi Bro,

If you are using the default Linksys Router E1200, you could be getting The Moon malware... please perform a hard reset of your Router & update its firmware to the latest version.

Please also follow the following steps to set in Google DNS.

Using Google DNS

Thanks.

Yes, it's malware alright. Most of my devices started seeing pop-up ads. Will look into performing a hard reset on the router this weekend. It's an Asus NT-18U.

Will this upgrade applicable to existing astro-time iptv users?

Yes, I want to know too. Otherwise, Astro IPTV is totally wasted.Pay so much get little.

Fair enough , I am hoping Astro treats me just as poorly.

Astro sucks. Their TIME package better reflect the same speeds. It shouldn't be different. Astro is exorbitant and the service bad. They better announce something soon or else we should all sign out and sign up with time.

noted. hopefully they'll actually do something, since the speed upgrade is a pretty huge jump..

they still want to revise the plans? what? charge us more or give us less for same? again, astro better not shortchange the iptv customers.
