Too many service interruptions lately. Changed to google DNS but certain website are still inaccessible.

What is the issue with TIME? How long will this disruption last?

Despite using google DNS I still could not access a lot of websites. I can't even access any of my e-mails and the customer service are not answering. Ridiculous..

I am on astro iptv (10mbps time). Been using for around 4 - 5 years now. With unifi 30mbps with hypp TV + rm50 sports package, I will get a cheaper package than what I am paying astro now.

Called customer service up asking them to give me a free upgrade for my time broadband but they did not bulge.

Anyone here manage to get a free upgrade before? Don't want to go through the hassle of cancelling and resubscribing to unifi but I feel like I am being rip off by astro.

Any info on whether Astro IPTV Time users will be getting the same upgrades?

If I cancel my astro IPTV subscription and re-subscribe both of them separately, will I be considered as existing or new customer for TIME?

Can either jjj or yeap assist me on this. I am planning to terminate my TIME Astro IPTV. Next bill payment will be on the 2nd of April. Will you be able to set me up with a new standalone TIME account before this date as I do not want to go through days without internet. Basically I do not want any downtime on my internet.

A few questions.

Do I get the RM500 rebate or the one month free subscription?

Is it a new 24 months contract?

Will I have a new modem/router as the one I am using now is the original router (since 2012).

Are you going to replace the fiber optic cables to my unit? (as according to one technician my cables will be needing replacement soon)
