I am confident there will not be a link to Semenyih for Line 2.
However, with more than 1300 parking bays at MRT Kajang Station, any development in Semenyih, which is less that 20 minutes away from the station, will still be able to see some upside to the price as a direct result of the MRT. |

just receive call from ew,spa signing for cradleton is nex saturday...gosh ,no chance to consider tenderfields?
 only Maybank and alliance bank have 36 months 0%.  any agent can contact me fast credit card approval fromthese 2 banks?  |

During Q, sales guy said balance can be paid with the 2 CC over 36mths..eg. if 600k, 10k pd as deposit and rebate 18k, hence the balance 32k can use CC in 36mths installment. Good for cashflow
