Normally the loan application is submitted together with other required docs for assessment. How come this could happen? Wondering which bank has this unique loan assessment process...

Then yr this banker have no urgency of sales.. Perhaps he/she already hit target so take easy easy ..
Look for new one..

Tengster, I have even more cocky bank.. Who insist to see all the person named in SPA..... Before he submit the application.

My case submitted document for 2 weeks msg me say received only, then never call back have follow up my own until was told she not receive it some document ok resend again. 2 more days told rejected due to high commitment. I challenge her my house and car loan fully settled no outstanding loan now why rejected she told me their bank is like that you can apply other bank.

Same things happen to my friend anywhere already ban that bank say NO to it

Dmans. I always get to know nice bankers. They work with me smoothly. I sent them doc for pre-vet thru and then we met for signing on application form and some other forms. Rates and approval is different story.

I will stay away from those inefficient bankers. They are really wasting time. To purchasers, we have like 1-2 weeks to seek LO and make comparison before making an thorough and informed decision. Bankers have to buck up whoever you are.

For those who experience, kindly call EMSO to speak to their manager to give your feedbacks. I am sure they can help to address the issues.

Please call EMSO to speak to them and give them your feedback on your experience. Perhaps they can remove some of the inefficient and dishonest bankers.

All bank should have their standard turnaround time. If the banker takes unacceptably long period to process your loan application, write in to bank negara and cc to the bank mgmt to complaint.

out of curiosity, what those bankers get for getting our loan approved and signed?
Some of them really put in effort into their work, follow up and even if I called them after 6 months of loan offer signing, they still follow up case for me.

So, what's the monetary rewards they got ah? Can't be so good service if their remuneration isn't that good ?

This what we call after sales service. Don't u feel great such banker around? U definitely remember to get or recommend him/her to yr friends. Right?

yeah, i do recommend whenever I can.
But knowing how most ppl work, I didn't expect the banker to still offer good service after sealing the deal

Its ok they can do even though not handling the said project.

If we get panel banks. All spa agreement cost legal fees cost are bear by developer right ?

What happen if we apply loan not from their panel bank listed ? Do we still get to enjoy the benefit etc ?

If u apply from outside their panel bank u don't get the legal fees and etc bear by developer.

But u can choose the panel bank but different bankers apart from the bankers tel. List given.

Can give some examples what cost have to bear imagine properties is 600k example ?
