From Sogo, better enter Duke via Jln Kuching or Genting Kelang, then exit TTDI-Damansara in 20 mins.

I think staying in KL, we have no choice but to adapt and learn to get things done in KL before going back home like eating, grocery shopping, gym, etc. but challenging if have children to take care after work.

By the way, anyone knows whether external light fittings are provided? I hope so otherwise how to maintain consistent Straits design look in Cradleton? The concept book shows up and down lights on the wall, look nice.

You are right. Only poor time mgt people's having difficulties adjusting the timing. Anyway, poor people's like us have no choice to look for semenyih area.

Yup. For now still no unifi service in Semenyih.....maybe when VP the Unifi service will cover up to Semenyih tongue.gif

Sorry...I am replying from office so didnt bring the book, also no 'ka-chang' to download pics.

I am referring to lighting units that people install in car porch either hanging from ceiling, beside front doors or on top of pillar on both sides of metal gate and also balcony lights. Sometimes people install uplights to illuminate the external walls and this gives a pleasant glow to the whole house. If applied consistently for entire stretch of terrace linked, the effect at night will be very impressive. thumbup.gif

However I checked Cradleton book last night before sleep, there is no mention of light fixtures provided, so I guess owners have to buy their own and end up all diff designs and possibly light colours although usually warm yellow lights or muted white are used.

One thing missing in EM is the club house facility, though said it will b just sport complex, but what kind of sports facility it has, does it include swimming pool? How is the sport complex run? Open to public?

THere is a Lifestyle Clubhouse in Silver Square. It is still on drawing board. Definitely no golf facilities. Indoor and outdoor facilities are planned for. Full details is not available. I asked many times.

This clubhouse will have majestic feel, I hope..... tongue.gif

Huh, u stay in IOI area and work in Sogo KL but use Dsara toll via LDP to back Puchong?????

Which phase and which size? R u sure bro?

EW Semi D not RM 1.6mil anyway.

Rather buy JH or which area is quite subjective and personal preference. I also can say rather buy Desa Park City linked house.
