My case submitted document for 2 weeks msg me say received only, then never call back have follow up my own until was told she not receive it some document ok resend again. 2 more days told rejected due to high commitment. I challenge her my house and car loan fully settled no outstanding loan now why rejected she told me their bank is like that you can apply other bank.

Same things happen to my friend anywhere already ban that bank say NO to it

only 1% ref fees will credit to your Alliance debit card,
3% early bird should be upon you sign S&P, it will deduct from downpayment

try other bank, it happen to me last week..
one bank rejected say my commitment too high but other bank approved say i only got 1 car loan no outstanding CRISS show good record

After sign S&P if none bank approve you need withdraw you need pay 1% for it.
