All individual units not provided with free air cond by developer

Don''t think developer will need to install air cond at the roof top common area

Do not think that the developer needs to give us any reason as long as things are clear from day one.

While the upper might be cooling, the lower floor might not.

I have stayed in high floor of high rise building, it's not cooling all the time.

Not receive billing progress for quite some time. Developer have enough cash, no need to claim from bank thus can save on DIBS progress interest ??

Mine is until stage 2(d). I think next stage 2(e) will be soon.

The rest 2(f) & onwards will be very near to VP date I presumed.

Yes, mine too at stage 2(d) billed since Apr2014. Already over a year gap since last billing.
