The cheaper unit are running out fast.

My experience, good and cheap things never last for long time. Especially in this digital era.

same here, i got tenant back to back.
Old tenant early termination after staying 9 months, new tenant continue immediately. Very liquid in rental market.

There is demand for rent. Both local and foreign, workers and student.
