I stay and work in BSD. I pass by DF everyday and in fact, I can see the building's progress from my balcony. All I can say is that this property looks damn nice and from far, it looks like 1st class workmanship.. I see the project built from scratch. Too bad I can't afford. Don't worry about what ppl say regarding the slope.

Just sharing my story here. I used to stay at BSD, Paradesa Rustica around 2012-2013 before and during the construction of Foresta. The hill used to be a cool place to jog and walk. Then during the construction, lorries come in an out, causing the road to be dusty and dangerous. Monkeys from the opposite forest escaped and started raiding our apartment units for food. They refused to leave our trees. I don't know their fate now. Whenever it rains, there was a spot where small landslide would occur and the road would be blocked. The fire department would come and clear things out within hours.

I like the concept of Foresta, but things have changed and nothing could be done for the cons. So I left Paradesa Rustica and live somewhere else. This is not just due to the landslide, but many cars were broken in or stolen when parked outside the condo's vicinity, including mine and my friends.

I like BSD. It's so convenient, and I still visit from time to time for food and amenities.

Don't think it will materialize as LDP operator won't let it happen.
What if LDP operator against it?

It won't wait until now that they will change their mind, as I said before Foresta or BSD Residents don't have the responsibilities to open up the road to make the traffics worse.

1st of all Sutera Damansara developer are lauching the new properties in Sutera Damansara as well.
Why they still build more knowing that the area are already congested.
Open up the road will have deadlock in that area, during school and office peak period.

Hope you understand that. Don't lobby any BSD residents or developer.

Toll concessionaire in general would have to provide an alternative toll free road. Toll concessionaire would not have the final say. Just google the Bandar Mahkota Cheras residents versus Grand Saga Highway concessionaire for better picture. If Damansara Perdana residents willing to open up the access road, will the Residents Association of Bandar Sri Damansara say NO.

1. By right the ceiling height should be 3.1m (10ft'2inch).
But in the picture it doesn't look alike, it looks slightly lower about 9feet+ only.

2. White door - looks good.

3. Basin Cabinet - looks good and save money.

4. Shower Screen - looks like provided half only without door.
