Just sharing my story here. I used to stay at BSD, Paradesa Rustica around 2012-2013 before and during the construction of Foresta. The hill used to be a cool place to jog and walk. Then during the construction, lorries come in an out, causing the road to be dusty and dangerous. Monkeys from the opposite forest escaped and started raiding our apartment units for food. They refused to leave our trees. I don't know their fate now. Whenever it rains, there was a spot where small landslide would occur and the road would be blocked. The fire department would come and clear things out within hours.

I like the concept of Foresta, but things have changed and nothing could be done for the cons. So I left Paradesa Rustica and live somewhere else. This is not just due to the landslide, but many cars were broken in or stolen when parked outside the condo's vicinity, including mine and my friends.

I like BSD. It's so convenient, and I still visit from time to time for food and amenities.
