Should lobby developers (new and existing developers around the vicinity) instead to construct additional roads / flyover, connecting to other main roads/ LDP. Residen Association of BSD should lobby the developers of Damansara Foresta, etc to built instead. If no additional road / flyover, then should lobby the developer(s) from having any new development projects in BSD.

Developers are the ones who are raking in million of profits. Residen Association of BSD shouldn't make the residents of Sutera Damansara suffer. Sutera Damansara residents ALSO pay taxes to the Govt. Hence, should be allowed to use any common roads.

Foresta will face the 1st impact. Than only will be at the exit to LDP n Jln kuala selangor.

Does it link directly from road 13/3 to Persiaran Perdana as well? Based on Google maps, look likes it. Hence, better option for Sutera people would be from road 13/3 directly to Persiaran Perdana instead.. Hence, lesser impact on Foresta ..

the commercial shops at Bandar Sri Damansara would have more businesses with the accessibility from Sutera Damansara. To an extent, the business owners / shopowners in Bandar Sri Damansara would benefit from it.

Given the benefit of not having to pay LDP toll, the Residents Association of Bandar Sri Damansara should put more efforts to lobby for the access road to Damansara Perdana to be opened up. What if LDP operator against it?

It won't wait until now that they will change their mind, as I said before Foresta or BSD Residents don't have the responsibilities to open up the road to make the traffics worse.

1st of all Sutera Damansara developer are lauching the new properties in Sutera Damansara as well.
Why they still build more knowing that the area are already congested.
Open up the road will have deadlock in that area, during school and office peak period.

Hope you understand that. Don't lobby any BSD residents or developer.

Toll concessionaire in general would have to provide an alternative toll free road. Toll concessionaire would not have the final say. Just google the Bandar Mahkota Cheras residents versus Grand Saga Highway concessionaire for better picture. If Damansara Perdana residents willing to open up the access road, will the Residents Association of Bandar Sri Damansara say NO. hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif
