I think personal taste. I prefer the bigger size wall tiles smile.gif

Yup look small, thought it should be standard or is it just the picture angle?

Can guess the size by looking at the floor tiles?

I did a quick measurement on AutoCAD by scaling from the floor plan, it looks like the door width stands (door leaf only) at 0.90 - 0.95m wide.. 1.10m wide would be ideal though

Hope is just pic angle. The door entrance in the showroom last time did not give the impression that the door is small.

foyer width sure around 5ft+-.
but the main door sure only 3ft or less than 3ft.
the floor tile size should be those 2x2 tile size. roughly can count the door size from there.

went to Element recently and found that

the lift really as mention earlier no "floor indicator" except lobby

the bath room almost same as DF

the corridoor walk way is much BETTER

inside lift with card sensor ( last time this design is good now new middle or highclass condo all with intercom before the lift entrance , mean you no ned come down to pick your guest )

AV room with bigger TV , though will be projector

nice condo but ppl still dry their cloth at balcony ( so far i know YTL maple jmb no allow resident to dry their cloth at balcony or else fine )

We looking fwd for BETTER DF !!!!

All the more the developer needs to follow what is in the show house.

Because we have all visited the show house and we like what we saw.

They better don't change any specification stated in the Contract.
