I think 2015 feb rimbayu should quite happening due to below,
Before 2014 year end, phase 3b and phase 4 will launch,
2014 year end phase 1 completed with more structure road and having demo phase to see.
When come 2015 CNY event, IJM should be start to promote next phase Srata Home + Shop lot, to attract many potential buyer or public to come visit XD

OPR increase 0.25%, definitely the bank will follow increase BLR

Maybank akready announced that BLR increase from 6.6% to 6.85% effective next Wednesday

Yup.... And FD expected to go up by 0.15%.
So make sense to take out FD and dump into flexi loan now.
