Usually, accessibility problems may arise for small development with limited area and squeeze between mid and low range housing. But Rimbayu is a self contain township and if not mistaken is the biggest township developed by IJMLand at the moment. So, we dont have to much worry about the access.

Of course there will be a tank for treated water besides tank for rain water harvesting. If not mistaken, rain water should be supply for garden tap and also toilet flushing bowl..
