Phase 2 is just so so but Phase 1 is nice. Envy phase 1 owner. I'd have bought phase 1.

Both has its own style. I am a chimes owner and really don't think those aluminuim lourver pane look classy.
Phase 2 going fast as well ya. Perhaps VP in Jan? |

Of coz in our income view it not cheap, but for property view it consider reasonable. Bcoz other properties also expensive
