in my case, it takes 2 weeks for SPA to be stamped after booking payment and then the 30 days start counted...

Why loan application need stamped snp?
I am not understand, i though just the receipt of booking of your units, can apply loan application already.

government loan needs stamped snp apparently.

these creatures need to be upkeep... hopefully MPS will do the needy when they need a fresh coat of paint.. if not... the creatures would be really horrifying lol
