My mistake earlier- in buying from Sunway on a small plot development. Basically just 2 taman with 2 row of shop houses. There is no town master plan and every other developer just build as they could make the most profit. Hope i make a better choice this time.

It wont help.  It only help when u r at home and need help emergency.  Actually, the most scariest moment is during you and your family life at knife point.  So i think panic button is kinda important.  The other way is to hooked up your house alarm to panic button if they provice.  But nuisance alarm will also annoy to the guard

The nearest mall with cinema is One City Mall... eco building with Premium X cinema...just 2 exit from saujana putra...in less 10mins travel from toll to toll...
