same here I bought it for own stay. I think most bumi bought it for own stay. with that kind of price don't think there are a lot of bumi have enough money to buy and flip in short term. However, I do expect lots of flipper and did ask the SA which quite reluctant to agree/confirm. I think we can expect 50% occupancy after VP (roughly 30% bumi, 20% non bumi)

I am indeed surprise Periwinkle phase 1 left only 5 units without booking, as the entry price at nearly RM 900K is definitely not cheap.

Recalled they only sold slightly > 2/3 after lauching by end last month.

Now interesting to see what will be the starting price of Phase 2 Periwinkle.

I did asked SA but she only give infos on phase 1 and 3...

About party over the weekend.. not this weekend.. it is on 1st June.. appreciation for phase 3 Periwinkle purchasers...

SA updated that Phase 2 Bumi lot still available. If non-bumi may require to wait till end of the year as they are convert certain number to non-bumi. But frankly speaking, it will no longer go with the initial launching price.

Why will u want to consider this 2 bank? If not mistaken, their interest package is not so attractive woh...

I applied for Citibank, which offered BLR-2.5%, no admin fees, flexi payment, only RM200 for one-time account setup. HSBC offers BLR-2.45%, flexi payment and have RM10 monthly admin. Anyway, I also applied HSBC and CIMB too.

Phase 1 what unit balance? I suppose it balance bumi unit. What is the price?
