Guys, spoke to the sales last week, they was mentioned the mall in Bandar Rimbayu will be same scale as Setia City Mall

is actually part of the masterplan, according to SA is under discussion, however i belive wont be so soon. next launch would be phase 3a, cluster semid

from the map, after phase 3 (a+b), looks like 2 or 3 more landed phases left in Flora precinct. I was in phase2 ballot, wasn't very bad though. By the way I do think the price is slightly premium but with the township planning and access I believe it will be good place to stay. Hopefully not like most of the township full of 'rent' or 'sale' banner after VP

i visited bandar bukit raja and alam impian recently and really full of banner@@. I suppose Rimbayu will probably the same later. hope to see you guys move in and form neighborhood

Really didn't expect the sales is that good, remembered last time my friend kept reminded me this is new township and take really long to mature, am happy to be part of Rimbayu

Actually I think alam impian (both TTDI and INP) also not bad. Environment pretty good just lack of commercial development.
with eco world and Tropicana coming in, I suppose wouldn't get anything cheaper than IJM |

For short term Rimbayu will be very much rely on kemuning township, 7km from Arc sounds reasonable still. I saw ads for greenhills, anymore info to share?
