I am indeed surprise Periwinkle phase 1 left only 5 units without booking, as the entry price at nearly RM 900K is definitely not cheap.

Recalled they only sold slightly > 2/3 after lauching by end last month.

Now interesting to see what will be the starting price of Phase 2 Periwinkle.

The starting price of Phase 2 ( 22x80 ) is at RM 660K. I don't think IJM is that daring to sell the bumi release standard units at RM 850K.

If really at RM 850K, may be can consider to buy the other nearby freehold development Alam Impian current launch of 24x80 2500 sq ft at RM 806K already.

Just help my sister in law booed 1 unit. AI is not selling at lower price, a typical two storey with 4+1 rooms and five bath. This weekend one more event to push sales.

Free spa and half MOT. Still around 40 + units to choose from. Just beside the huge public park of AI.

One thing about I&P, you buy the unit half a year later or 1 year later After launch, price remained unchanged. Slow and steady. Issue: Commercial development yet to start.

YES, TTDI all phases Fenced and Guarded, new launch 3 storey Emerald already more than RM 900K. Emerald Phase 2 may still have some more expensive units available as units come with different land size.

I&P new launch is called Tari 2 phase 2 24x80. Tari 1 fully booked/sold out, Tari 2 almost fully booked, Tari 2 phase 2 still have around 40 units avialble, but normally non bumi quota will finish faster. Starting from RM 806K.

The whole AI has great masterplan but keep on delaying the commercial development like commercial hub, shopping mall, hypermarket, university, hospital and so on. Now only with 1 row of shoplots ( with 99speedmart ) and 1 Shell petrol station.

May be IJM can push commercial development faster than AI haha cool2.gif

To be exact, actually Rimbayu sold out all NON BUMI UNITS when launch, not all units.

As for AI I&P, some of the phases BUMI quota will finish first, some phases NON BUMI quota will finish earlier, it depends. This developer seldom advertised in the past, lately improve a lot with more advertisements and promotions.

And their quality plus the additional touch items ( additional / generous public land, free water pump, alarm system, autogate & so on, may be different from phase to phase ) given to buyers, I am surprised. cool2.gif

Anyhow, different attractions to me, up to individual preference actually, like what you said, FEEL!

Alam Impian is with 2 developers at the moment, I&P & TTDI. but TTDI land packages are all under I&P, I&P pass the parcel for them to develop quah. TTDI portion is relatively small as compared with main developer I&P.

TTDI left last phase of link houses called Emerald, launching now. Remaining phases left only semi d & Bungalow.

I&P still got some more phases to go but mostly towards high end superlink ( 25x85 link houses ), semi D & bungalow already, the rest are commercial development. The typical type of link houses 24x80 or 22x75 may be left a few phases only.

Sorry ya everyone for talking about AI in Rimbayu forum. Back to Rimbayu then.

Those are for the final push of bumi quota units. Bumi released units will be after 22/9/14 and the price will be starting from 750k onwards.

Next launch will be in Oct and is for double storey terrace 24x70, starting from 780k onwards. The above info from IJMland SA.

Just help friend book 1 uni, with RM 8k discount. Total 24 units can just walk in and book. As at 12pm. 11 units are booked.

I left at 1pm, that time around 30 units were booked. Good crowd.

Consider not bad for sales of terrace house priced at average of RM 800K.
