SA updated that Phase 2 Bumi lot still available. If non-bumi may require to wait till end of the year as they are convert certain number to non-bumi. But frankly speaking, it will no longer go with the initial launching price.

For the standard unit we can't, minimum requirement is to keep 10ft land at the side. If you get the corner unit which has bigger land size, then is possible.

Hi...this is what being told by SA, expectation on the extension may goes as such:
1. Extension as like putting up awning - yes this is feasible and legally no issue.
2. Extension as fully concrete wall extension - Legally may not feasible, due to the drawing plan may get rejected by authorities. No doubt you still can proceed but will be an issue if got caught by authorities.
3. Extension as like partial concrete like bro gunh mentioned - have not check on such scenarios, will be checking with SA this week.

BTW, phase 3 type B buyer here.

How about security tint?

My thought is the fencing may required to do some minor modification for security purpose, just feel like to is high enough and thieve will still able to climb and entering the house compound.

I'm phase 3 owner as well, the recent progressive payment letter received from bank is at RM491. The bank statement did mentioned on the details but can't seems to understand the calculation.

By looking at the show house, should be able to hack the wall, but not sure about the actual unit. For me the powder room might be a waste of area, consider taking it out and convert to store room.
