Because my family members always ask me why we cant use the USJ-Putra Height T junction back to kota kemuning, because the direction is there. need to turn out Kesas and turn back in.
Then i checked google map, "oh...... got river there".. haha

Ha ha .... sure I understand not every one afford those nice bungalow. I do remember by the times I bought my house for 200K, bungalow only 600k-800k..... now the price is 2M and above already. Some semi-D also close to 2M already

By the time Rimbayu reach 1M, then how much bungalow will worth?

this is comparison...distance between AI to KLCC and BR to KLCC... i'm fine with BR because NO JAM @ ELITE and MEX... but KESAS between Kemuning to Summit is SUPER JAM... ya you can opt to LKSA, Federal Hiway or NPE..


the plan about connection bridge has been spread long time before... MPSJ not willing to allow connection because it will make PH congested earlier than it supposed...
but there is possibility in the future... a lot of jalan mati.. due to river and Kg Bukit Lanchong... 3 end road @ PH and 1 in Alam Megah... and also 4 end road @ KK towards the river...

same goes to the other end of PH... the road can connect to Puchong Prima... same route as LRT... ya cost to build the bridge...
if not, KK-PH-PP all are connected...

kinda make sense for the bank. SnP two persons name means each person only own half the house. If one person apply for the loan.. that one person default the loan.... the bank can lelong half the house only cuz the other half of the house doesnt belong to this fella

Bank also will check 2nd applicant? Banker told me that bank negara will charge them 2mil if they check it. Not understand why?

This is called third party loan. Some banks allow, some banks don't depending on bank risk profile.
