Staying at PJ now. Plan to buy a landed house for my family.
I like the township at there.

Today went to rimbayu. But why all the bumi release lot for phase 2 is at the main road..
But what eco wold will do on the opposite land?
Is okay to buy it? Still thinking.
Any opinion all the situ here?

Just booked a unit at Phase 2 yesterday.
when I signed the letter, SA told me there is free one year for general security.
SA told me no guard house, only have ppl go around the taman for 1st year. Isnt true?

Can use the same lawyer for loan with Ijm lawyer? Is there any charge? 1st time buy housr, dun know wat to do n ask. Now us finding the bank for apply loan.

I heard that Islamic loan will give you 20% discount on stamp duty, and there will be a ceiling of 9.99% also..i think i'll apply islamic loan..

Last time our BLR is really .... so high.. >10%! and BLR is positive instead of negative...!.. meaning that Islamic loan could be good as it provide the ceiling of around 10%...

i think 7 years also.. try to nego for lower MRTA? (but maybe my loan more so they can give lower MRTA? i also not sure)

better buy life insurance than take MRTA i think

MRTA = if anything happen, they will pay to the bank to reduce your loan
Live Insurance = if anything happen, get the cash and then can decide to use it for what

but if -2.45 for 35 years, it's more than the MRTA amount u pay, so it's better to take MRTA with minimum..

BBR also have new launch this Saturday. Start from 708k (20x70)
All the Sifu here, may I know which Bandar is okay for own staying? Rimbayu or Bandar Bukit Raja? Any comment please share..smile.gif
