my friend told me if we were to extend on the back portion as fully concrete wall extension, then we have to submit the drawings to authorities. Usually authorities would approved it if the extension is less than 8 feet.

I don't think so, my unit is only 45% completed based on the number of payments that they have asked from me.

Am not sure why I need to pay these deposits early.

The house does come with basic alarm system, if i recall correctly. As for CCTV.. it is rather cheap these days. We could even get those standalone- wifi type at Rm 400/piece.

I seriously hope so. based on the prelim work it should't take long to complete the road to  Saujana Putra. When pitching to sell me the house, SA also said it should be done around the completion date of Perennia.

The only thing is.. would IJM want to do it. They can choose to delay the road for whatever reason they can think of. I'm just hoping they don't delay it and would complete it asap. It would save us a lot of time especially those who work in cyber/putrajaya etc.
