QUOTE(botack @ Jun 11 2014, 04:21 PM) my friend told me if we were to extend on the back portion as fully concrete wall extension, then we have to submit the drawings to authorities. Usually authorities would approved it if the extension is less than 8 feet. Wow, the Chimes ready to move in now?Just received another bill for water and electricity deposits today. |

QUOTE(botack @ Jun 11 2014, 05:03 PM) I don't think so, my unit is only 45% completed based on the number of payments that they have asked from me. I think Chimes almost done, wait for the road serving done only.Am not sure why I need to pay these deposits early. IJM is generous enough to draw down very late. Else why ask so early? |

QUOTE(potenza10 @ Jun 20 2014, 10:20 AM) Of course there will be a tank for treated water besides tank for rain water harvesting. If not mistaken, rain water should be supply for garden tap and also toilet flushing bowl.. Rain water tank only have 1 outlet which is only for gardening purposes.Depend on type of house, some in front some behind the house. |

Link to Saujana Putra should be ready is 1-2 years time.
You all can check from google earth which is back date few months ago. The preliminary work is partially completed now. By that time, more and more people will use this road to avoid jam. |

QUOTE(hafizrahimi @ Aug 5 2014, 02:20 PM) I seriously hope so. based on the prelim work it should't take long to complete the road to Saujana Putra. When pitching to sell me the house, SA also said it should be done around the completion date of Perennia. IJM is cash rich developer. The only thing is.. would IJM want to do it. They can choose to delay the road for whatever reason they can think of. I'm just hoping they don't delay it and would complete it asap. It would save us a lot of time especially those who work in cyber/putrajaya etc. This post has been edited by mingyew: Aug 5 2014, 02:35 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |
