Hi guys, I hope this is the right thread to post an issue I had after upgrading to VIP10 to VIP5.

The upgrade was completed 2 days back but since then I did not recorded any increase of bandwidth. Speed test done on unifi site recorded the same as before upgrade. Called the call centre and they checked and informed no issue from their end. The router I am using the from TM - L7-R-N2000 with default firmware 1.0.

Anyone of you guys experience the same thing and if yes, how was it resolved?

The box you are referring is the modem and router right? I have rebooted it many times but to no avail

The same situation happened to me as well. Any 1 can help?

Hi, kcsaw. I already figured out what's the problem.

Please change the IP version setting in the router to: IPv4 only.

Then everything runs smoothly.

How do they even bill? I mean I'm a new user and started using on the 28th of June and my current billing charge is RM 99.50 ohmy.gif

I don't really understand how does the billing work.
