i need help with my unifi, recently my android devices access internet even though it's connected to the wifi, but my laptops have access to internet.

only after restarting the whole modem that my android devices can access internet.

i'm using TRG212M.

unifi site announced customer service system maintainence, nothing about unifi going down, im on VIP10 using my phone's hotspot in klang, anyone experiencing same fate?

Is it the TRG212M u using. Mine same issue with u. Reported to TM to request replacement for D-Link router which I believe is much more better.

I previously got a unifi account, for >2years. Then i cancel it when I moving out from the city, now I back in the city, can I resign unifi without 2 year contract?

3. The last port is for Hypp tv.

To connect more device, just get a network switch.

Need assistance and help over this problem.

In short, I faces problem of my facebook and instagram apps is not working properly with my unifi

Using my home Unifi wifi
My mobile apps for facebook and instagram is not loading completely, only a few picture is loaded after i refresh the apps itself. However, if i login facebook via google, it loads smoothly and faces no this issue.

Using my office Time optic fibre
My instagram and facebook apps is working perfectly.

so....is it my mobile setting of unifi setting went wrong?

Wtf... HOW do they even make this kind of mistake? Very irresponsible of them. You need to call them or go to the nearest TM Point and file a complain :/ Unifi actually messed up mine by not activating my account. I had to go back and forth TM Point (filed a complain report) and keep calling Unifi center until everything was fixed mad.gif

hi sifus here,

i would like to subscribe to unifi soon... i have few doubts

as going through site, i notice there are FTU BTU RG

my house is landed,

Is FTU put somewhere outside my house? or just the fibre cable to BTU inside my house?
If I do not wish to use the RG, can i connect my wireless router to BTU directly, because my house is double storey, i will leave the BTU upstair and use powerline network to link the BTU with my wireless router at downstair, is this make sense without using the RG provided by TM?

i have fax machine at home, i have to continue pay fixed phone line rental in order for my fax machine to work right?

my thought is i would like to make it as neat as possible cause my house unable to conceal anymore, will just put BTU few metre after the TM pole fibre reach my house and plan to use power line to get network access from BTU to my wireless router without using the RG provided.

i do not need the hypptv or IPTV as i have full astro subscription at home smile.gif

e.g,
first option, BTU <=> homeplug first floor <=> homeplug ground floor <=> own wireless router
second option, BTU <=> homeplug first floor <=> homeplug ground floor <=> RG <=> STB and own wireless router
both above option is ok??
because as i told by friend using unifi, the hypptv will be using separate bandwidth??

p/s: is that ok for home residential landed property to subscribe to biz10? (just plan for future in case they cap home user haha)
