So, I finally have Unifi coverage in my area.
What's the download speed limit for VIP 5? Is it 500~600kb/s? And is the quota limitation implemented yet?

QUOTE(Nels @ Jul 4 2014, 04:05 PM) Need help. It's either their system is not updated or this is an attempted scam(?) I have a friend who experienced something similar but with DiGi postpaid service. She actually gave the higher ups of DiGi service a call and filed a complain. Do you have any proof, receipt or anything? Just in case. Previously received a call from TM saying that my account have outstanding balance that I need to clear otherwise they will cut my internet. I don't believe him so I went to the nearby TM point to have them to take a look at my account. But for some reason there are outstanding balance for about 2 months worth. Fine, I paid them. A few days later I received a call from TM also saying the same thing and if I don't pay, they will cut my internet. I told them i've paid and they say their system still show the 2 months worth of outstanding balance. What will you do? I never miss paying UNIFI bills so far. |

I don't really understand how does the billing work. This post has been edited by Nayeul: Jul 11 2014, 04:07 PM |

QUOTE(zDarkForceSz @ Sep 17 2014, 11:17 PM) Walao, my UniFi slow like f**k. Load youtube also got problem. Use for 3 years this time really gao gao slow... QUOTE(Kevmeister @ Sep 17 2014, 11:20 PM) Pretty sure it's UniFi that's causing this. I can't seem to play Diablo III as it's constantly stuck at loading. Furthermore, FB keeps 'disconnecting' from chat while I'm on the web. Currently, its status is better dubbed as SuckiFi.
