Hi
I just subscribe to unifi and contractor came and installed.
However, my macbook pro always disconnect from the router(rg4332), mine others devices/desktop no problem with it.just macbook
is it wireless setting problem?

Besides that, my agent™ asked me to email him a photocopy of IC for sale submit purpose. Should i mail him? Is it true need to give photocopy of IC for subscribe unifi ?

I am using Unifi VIP10 for years, recently i am facing upload speed slow at no more than 5mb, download is normal at 10mb, already call Unifi but they say my connection is healthy and normal, would like to check any1 facing this problem?
PS: I need the upload speed coz i upload lots of high resolution(gigabytes) photo for my client.

What you need to do is to take screenshots of various speed tests around Malaysia and email them to unifi[at]tm.com.my. Their technician will set up an appointment with you to come and check. Don't call them as the CSR will go through some standard check on their end and close the report. |
