Double checked the Unifi password is correct? Last time the Unifi Help Center gave me wrong password at 1st time, 2nd time call again only gave the correct one... shakehead.gif
If not then check the LAN cable is connected at TM Fiber Modem port 1 to the WAN port of your TP Link router...
Can't think of anything else at the moment... Any error message for reference? hmm.gif

password should be the same as the log in password to the unifi page right?

Haha, at least now you know what's the problem... thumbup.gif
The website login password is set by you, the Unifi PPPOE password is auto generated by Unifi... The password will be like a randomly generated password so either you can extract it out from your old router or just call the Unifi Help Center and ask the operator there to give you... icon_rolleyes.gif

Thx bro. Went there last evening and went to AonePlus booth at Hall2 (They are Asus premium distributor),
RT-AC87U was going for RM915 Nett. Definitely worth every single penny smile.gif

RM915 for cash price and 2% extra (RM933) if u pay via credit card. I purchased it straight away. It was seriously shocking for that price I paid.

On the 13dec I fwd my application forms n apply thru a former. 14dec TM replied thru email n fwd details n date of installation. 15dec received a call from TM to confirm unifi installation on 19 Dec. Happy with the fast installation.
