Haha, at least now you know what's the problem...  The website login password is set by you, the Unifi PPPOE password is auto generated by Unifi... The password will be like a randomly generated password so either you can extract it out from your old router or just call the Unifi Help Center and ask the operator there to give you... i am currently using the unifi 5Mbps, but sometime the internet is slow and cannot stream video smoothly and speed test done on that time is normal.
What is the problem actually? Any1 encounter same problem before?
