anyone on unifi 20mb having trouble streaming youtube right now?

Same here. Downloading from a host that is always giving me 1.2Mb/s now only 10-30kb/s.

I need your help so much. Recently I've changed my DIR615 router into the  DLINK-WBR2300 by Unifi technician.

However, I'm encountering unstable connection issues like :
1.Resolving host in chrome on multiple computers (Both using either WLAN or LAN)
2.Dota 2 connection problem (it happens in like every 30 seconds thus it'll hang for few secs)

3. Got to restart the residential gateway sometimes in the morning in order to restore connection

Is there anything wrong with my RG setup? I have never encountered dota 2 connection problem before swapping the RG. Even if I used LAN problem still persists    Feeling so sick laaa

Hi guys, need some help as I'm new with UNIFI and I'm facing intermittent speed drops which is effecting on my gaming and work VPN... refer photos for the random speed drop:

While this is the normal trend that I can observe when there's no issue:

I ran into this problem on both Wired and Wireless connecting to the RG-DLINK-WBR2300... I tried to connect via LAN to the ONU-ALCATEL-LUCENT-I240G but it seems like the other LAN ports are disabled. Any advice for me on this?

Disable Anti Attack in the router Advanced Settings. Just solved it last night.

I just bought a new tp link router model TL-WR841HP. Problem is, after setting the router, i still cant access to the internet. I've already google about this router but didnt find much information about it since this model is still new. So anyone here using the same router as mine successfully setting the router? do share with me how you do it. thanks

Finally download speed is 10Mbps now, in fact highest was 12Mbps. But hogging around 10-11Mbps. The technician called that it is fixed, I came back home after work and tried it.

Even my upload speed which was around 10Mbps now has "upgraded" to 12-14Mbps.

i suspected their hardware got problem when speed upgraded 

I don't really know as I have just upgraded my package on Monday. Upload speed was upgraded but not download speed, today all is normal.

tht time i got promo for VIP 10 and marketing people say my speed upgraded to 10mbps..
so i go back home close modem and router for 2 min thn turn on..
check speedtest yet capped at 5mbps so i call tech helpline thn they send tech guy to fix it..thn back to upgraded 10 mbps

certain sites other than 4chan is really really REALLY slow too, its like taking forever to load a pic, unifi really damn pathetic, cant even load an image properly
