I use my U-Mobile 3G is OK, but use Unifi cant.

So I think not the SEA Cable problem, is the TM problem.

definitely tm/unifi side problem for the china sites.

i tried my phone 3g usb tethering ... smooth sailing. maxis 3g/lte.

I don't think it's the UniFi connection per se that's the problem though. I mean, loading facebook on my desktop is fine. But on the facebook app on my phone, my feed takes ages to load, and images never appear. Phone notification don't appear too, even though when I load Chrome on my phone to surf everything is fine. Which leads me to believe there is something wrong with the router provided by TM.

Taobao OK for me.

I only use Google DNS on router and when I go taobao I am directed to http://sea.taobao.com/

loaded within 2 seconds. And if TM is blocking Google DNS, I wouldn't be able to open some restricted sites that are allowed on GoogleDNS.

ehm I changed to OpenDNS and still having problem accessing taobao... clicking links in sea.taobao.com loads forever.

i having the same situation here. Android Facebook load very slow on Unifi, picture never appear... tested no issue on both streamyx (1Mb) and Maxis internet.

any one has solution?

Did you just recently subscribe to Unifi? Or was it a sudden issue that just occurred?
