I had the same problem when I got my sugarglider, Boo. She was pretty young when I got her, 8 weeks old I think, and a very picky eater - wouldn't drink plain water, wouldn't touch most of the fruits I tried to give her...don't worry, they'll grow out of it.
I'm not sure how other owners did it, but I kept mine hydrated with Pet's Own easy to digest lactose free milk. I get it from the petshop near the badminton court in Taman Megah, looks like this:

Don't worry about them not learning how to drink water, Boo has learned to drink water from a hamster water bottle now even though I still give her the milk with her dinner nowadays.
Other than that, I'd suggest that you try the sweeter fruits to start with, like mango, rambutan or papaya. Don't worry if they don't eat mealworms at first as well. They'll learn to eat them when they're ready for it. Just keep experimenting and expect to waste a fair amount of food finding out what your gliders will eat. Also try crazymouse's glider mix. It's watery so helps keep your glider from getting dehydrated, and it makes a great licky treat to help bond with them.
Be patient. The first few weeks were pretty difficult for me because I worried all the time... you can ask tagreptiles how many times I pestered him with frantic sms's everytime I thought something was wrong with Boo.
Hope this helps, all the best!

One thing - they are still small, I think around 1.5 to 2 months. What should I feed them? They don't even drink fresh water!
